Heritage Speech & Sound operates as a private-pay clinic. Fees reflect the time, expertise, and documentation required for individualized, high-quality speech-language care.

  • Services are private pay. For eligible families, FES-UA direct billing is available.
    This model allows for focused, one-on-one care, timely documentation, and flexibility in clinical planning.

    Fee ranges vary based on service type, duration, and complexity. Current ranges are outlined below.

  • Comprehensive speech and language evaluations typically range from $395–$495, depending on assessment needs and complexity. Evaluations include direct assessment, clinical analysis, and a written report with recommendations.

  • Individual therapy sessions generally range from $120–$150, depending on session length and specialization. Therapy is provided one-on-one in a structured format designed for efficiency and consistency.

  • Brief consultations or screenings may be offered to help determine whether a full evaluation is recommended. Fees vary based on duration and purpose.

  • Heritage Speech & Sound does not bill insurance directly. FES-UA services may be billed directly through the Step Up For Students portal with parent approval.

    For other programs, we provide clear documentation and itemized receipts for families who choose to pursue reimbursement.

    Families are responsible for confirming eligibility, maintaining available funds, and completing any required approvals.
